I look at your home page through the eyes of a potential customer. I scroll, click, and analyze to see exactly where your dream clients are getting stuck, underwhelmed, overwhelmed, or closing the browser. This is done behind the scenes so I can be truly unbiased, and my focus is on appearance and usability.
Based on my audit, I put together a summary that includes my first impressions, quick improvements you can make today, and a few suggestions for longer-term updates. You can make your updates from this report, or upgrade to one of the other plans for a deeper dive.
A 15- to 20-minute screencast of the rest of the pages on your site (as time allows). You will be like a fly on the wall as I navigate through and talk about the good and the bad. The video is yours to keep, but must be downloaded within 14 days.
Within 30 days of the Flash Audit Report, we’ll have a virtual followup meeting. We can talk next steps, prioritize your updates, or anything else you’d like. We can even brainstorm new ideas! If you aren’t going to do the updates yourself, I can offer some trusted resources for backend updates, graphic design, and copywriting.
I summarize our virtual session so you don’t have to! This is a comprehensive, prioritized checklist of updates that you decided to take on within the next 90 days. Anyone making your site updates can work from this list with confidence. You can still use the original Flash Audit Report, too. Both documents are yours to keep.
After our first virtual session, we’ll meet again within 90 days to go over any changes you (or your web admin) have made to your site. If your updated site isn’t yet live, you can share your screen to get my on-the-fly first impression.
